Help Desk & Online Technical Support (call x4357)

Here are some of the most common reasons to call the Help Desk:

  • I am unable to log into My Tri-C Space
  • I cannot log into the network
  • I forgot my password
  • My account is locked
  • I can't access my email
  • I have a Blackboard login issue
  • I can't save answers to a test in Blackboard
  • I need to set up Guest WiFi

Please note that the Help Desk cannot perform a password reset via email. For password changes or resets:

  • Click "Forgot Your Password?" or "Change Your Password" link on the my Tri-C space home page.
  • Follow the procedure that is displayed on the page. If you still cannot login, then please call the Help Desk at 216-987-4357.
