Toner
ComDoc will provide toner for fleet devices at no charge to the department. ComDoc technology will detect when the ordering of toner is required for a device. The toner will be delivered to the site contact identified. The site contact and/or department personnel is responsible for replacing the toner in a device. It is important to replace the toner, only when needed, to ensure the automated ordering process and toner replacement functions, as programmed. The device will alert the user when replacement of the toner is necessary and replacement should not be done before this.
Staples
Staples can be ordered through My Tri-C Buy and are the full responsibility of the department.
Paper
Approved paper should be ordered through My Tri-C Buy and is the full responsibility of the department.
