Banner Modifications and Customizations
When the delivered functionality of Banner does not support the needs of the business unit, requests are made to review the requirement and if necessary, modify or customize Banner to accommodate the functional business requirement(s).
Limitations
Availability of business unit staff to work with the ERP Management team on defining and testing modifications. There may also be infrastructure constraints.
