Move Add Change Requests

To maintain our asset management process and inventory awareness, we ask that no end-user move their non-mobile computer device on their own. 

Go to the Move/Add/Change request form if you're looking to:

  • Move/Relocate your Computer, Phone and Printer.
  • Add a computer and/or phone for a New Employee.
  • Change attached peripheral such scanners, keyboards, mice, etc.

*BUL or Department management approval required.

Technology Equipment Purchase Request

To maintain standards with the computer hardware supported in the college, as well as meeting the performance needs of complex software, we have established an approval procedure that assesses need, justification, funding and requirements.  Go to Technology Equipment Purchase Requests to begin the approval process of purchasing client technology.

Software Installation Request

Software licensing, entitlement and maintenance are key to providing audit compliance and application awareness in our institution.  To that effort, end users cannot install software on college managed computers. However you can request this service with department and ITS approval. To do so, go to the online Software Installation Request form.

Printer or Multi-Function Device Request

The college printer initiative requires we meet a stringent assessment requirement regarding New printer requests. we are continually looking to streamline our print efforts with sustainability and cost saving in mind, all while meeting the needs of our student/faculty/staff. Go to Printer Requests to initiate a discussion. 

Print, copy and fax services are provided to students, faculty and staff through an agreement with Xerox Corporation.
