Information Technology Services (ITS) at Cuyahoga Community College

ITS is the trusted advisor and steward for the embedded base of information technology infrastructure at the College.  ITS provides end-user service and support, software application development and administration, data networks and connectivity, data center management, telecommunications management, IT security and IT project management. Here are some of the most common reasons to call the Help Desk:

  • I am unable to log into my Tri-C space
  • I cannot log into the network
  • I forgot my password
  • My account is locked
  • I can't access my email
  • I have a Blackboard login issue
  • I can't save answers to a test in Blackboard
  • I need to set up Guest WiFi

Please note that the Help Desk cannot perform a password reset via email. For password changes or resets:

  • Click "Forgot Your Password?" or "Change Your Password" link on the my Tri-C space home page.
  • Follow the procedure that is displayed on the page. If you still cannot login, then please call the Help Desk at 216-987-4357.
