Xerox Fleet Support

Print, copy and fax services are provided to students, faculty and staff through an agreement with Xerox Corporation. The College provides these services while maintaining cost effectiveness and meeting sustainability goals.

Request Support for Xerox Device

It is important that only Xerox certified technicians repair a device, beyond normal paper jams and waste container issues. As a courtesy to others, that may need to use the device, please report any device trouble immediately. Software application specific print issues should be reported to the Cuyahoga Community College Help Desk.

Student Printing

Students have a 200 page free print quota, per semester. A 5¢ charge will be applied to each page after the 200 sheet quota has been met. Unused quotas are not saved from previous semesters.

Sustainability

Users are encouraged to scan and securely store and share documents electronically. Certain defaults have been set to ensure sustainability.

Xerox Secure Print

To print at a time that is convenient for you and to keep your print job secure, use the secure print function. If you decide not to print the job, you can cancel your print job, at the printer, at anytime.

Xerox Supplies

Xerox will provide toner for fleet devices at no charge to the department. Xerox technology will detect when the ordering of toner is required for a device. The toner will be delivered to the site contact identified. Other supplies, including paper, are the responsibility of the department and can be ordered using My Tri-C Buy.

HP Supplies

Xerox will provide toner and maintenance kits for HP devices covered by the Xerox maintenance contract. Any HP device covered will have a Xerox support label attached. These supplies will be at no charge to the department. Xerox technology will detect when the ordering of toner is required for a device. The toner will be delivered to the site contact identified. Other supplies, including paper, are the responsibility of the department and can be ordered using My Tri-C Buy.
