Change Management
Request approval to schedule and implement changes to production systems. A weekly College-wide Change Control meeting takes place every Tuesday morning at 8:30am, where change requests are discussed and approved.
Maintenance Window(s)
Changes occur during one of the College's maintenance windows:
- Thursday from 4:30am - 6:30am
- Friday from 1:00am - 6:30am
- The second Saturday of the month from 5:00am - 9:00am
- The third Sunday of the month from 5:00am - 9:00am
During these maintenance windows College systems may not be available.
