Introduction To Catalog

G Hourigan CIODear Colleagues,

I am pleased to introduce the new IT Service Catalog to you, our College colleagues.  This new catalog was produced by the IT leadership team with the goal of giving you a one stop shop experience for all your technology needs from hardware and software to security, network services and project management.

As we developed this catalog, we had you in mind. Our goal is to provide you with superior service and support wherever you are, day or night, weekends and holiday by click or by call.

This handy catalog contains special features such as “I want To” which gives you step by step instructions for the most common issues like, resetting a password, call for service, request a device or move a device. You can learn about scheduled system upgrade, new Banner functions and various technology projects, helpful hints or “Did You Know” and much, much more.

In this section, CIO Corner, I will be providing you with insights into timely topics and perspectives around technology in higher education, innovations and most importantly, what’s new at Tri-C.

We recognize that in this first edition of this catalog we may have unintentionally forgot something that might be important to you which is why we included a special feature called “Hey, What About” that gives you the ability to provide suggestions and feedback to improve your experience.
